No charge to battery

Alternator tests good. Performed full field test and voltage increased to 13.1 at idle. headlights brightened.

Wired in vr1 voltage regulator

voltage with key on at two small terminals on alternator both showing 12.36 volts.

Actually followed that post earlier. Purchased voltage regulator and followed instructions as shown in that post. Was expecting this to resolve problem but still getting no charge back to battery.

Rechecked all grounds. And they seem OK

Just to close this out, the answer provided by fixitmr worked fine. The first voltage regulator apparently was bad. I replaced it and now system is charging properly with the external voltage regulator. Thanks.
