Turn Signals Don't work when Headlights are on

We had an issue where the turn signals worked sporadically. We had our mechanic fix them - now they work except when the headlights are on.

What fix was made?

Looks like you have a bad lighting/turn signal switch.

ground issues. take it back to him and have him verify the grounds and the sockets
