transmission wont shift out of first gear.
was working fine shut van off and and went to leave and now wont shift, reverse seems to be fine, what can cause this, was nothing leading up to this no noise or grinding just wont shift. what can cause this on 700 R4 transmission, has no vacuum modulator, all electronic.

yes, but is has a governor on the side that has a plastic gear that diahes out and when it does, it will not shift.

either that or a valve body issue
