1991 Chevrolet Truck bench bleeding master cylinder

I accidently put power steering fluid in master cylinder and bench bled brakes. Is there any way i can flush it so that it is still usable? Thank you

Replace the components which were contaminated. PS fluid can have an adverse affect on brake internal parts. If you were bench bleeding a NEW MC and nothing entered the rest of the system, just replace the MC.
