I have replaced the engine, fuel pump, fuel lines, and the wiring to the fuel pump. I was driving and hit a small bump in a road and the whole thing died. I've tried starting it and it will turn but acts like it has no fuel going to the engine. I talked to a mechanic near me and asked him and he said more then likely the PROM for it but he hasn't had time to look at it yet. I was wondering if you knew what could be happening?

Is power going to pump? Check orange wire from relay then it turns into tan white to pump. See if it' has power. If it doesn't then the pump wire is possibly broken in tank.

There should be a ground wire going from tank to frame usually form sending unit. It is either blue, lt green or purple check that is making good contact at both ends. If power is going to pump and ground is good then it should pump fuel

I've checked all the grounds and wires running to the tank and back and all connections are strong. It pumps fuel but acts like it is a short in the wiring. I've replaced wiring and still nothing happens. I have had this in the shop and they said same thing but when I went to pick it up they told me that they replaced the ECM-B fuse and also all of the relays. I brought it home replaced all wiring and still having the same problem.

Then if power is going to relay and pump I have no idea what to tell you without physically looking at this myself I have no further comments. If this was a donation question then we can get your money back
