To 91 Chevrolet 350 2 wheel drive has started smoking thick white smoke After the truck had gotten hot and overheated. So change water pump new thermostat and a serpentine belt The smoke smells like antifreeze and I check underneath the oil cap Some signs of water like water mix so what's wrong and how do I fix it

Based on your description, it sounds like you blew a head gasket. If coolant is mixing with the engine oil and you see white smoke from the exhaust, that is the problem. Coolant burns white when it enters the combustion chamber. It sounds like you need to replace the head gaskets.

Let me know if you have other questions.
