My 1991 Chevy blows hot air into the cabin even when its off and the cold air does not work I have been told that the compressor and the small bottle were the freon goes and one air valve are bad. Also that it has 2 door that open for hot air and cold air and work with a vacuum and that the car does not have a vacuum

Sorry for the late reply. Our database seems to show that your blend door actuator is electric not vacuum controlled. I even looked up your temp door actuator in an online parts book, it does show an electrical connector.

Our database on this model year just says c/k series not Silverado. The C is two wheel drive pickup. The K is 4wd pickup, I looked at info for the C series.
