1991 Chevrolet S 10 Truck Cranks Idles Bad Sometimes Stalls Alot Sluggish

Truck cranks but idles bad sometimes and stalls alot.It is sluggish when acelerating also.Have replaced fuel filter, plugs ,wires ,controll module in distriibuter,air idle control valve,gasket under throtle body and mass air flow sensor.Running out of options.Any sugestion what to do next ?

Check and test the throttle position sensor and EGR valve to include the fuel pressure
