When the truck quit running it cranked but didn't start? You then cranked and ran down the battery?

The baTTERY is new and charged how can I check the neutral switch it is a 5 speed

The switch is above the clutch pedal. There are 2 wires on it jump them together and see if it starts

No it did not crank its not mine just trying to get it to crank found wires melted ubove the release handle for e-brake no fuses blown and all lights work

Check the wires at the clutch pedal for power. One should be hot when you turn the key to start. If they are, jump them and go the starter and see if the little wire is hot. It may be the starter motor
