I have a 4.3 tbfi in my 91 sonoma and im wanting to swap it with a 4.3 fi out of a 94 blazer. What changes do I need to make to make it fit and work properly?Any cuts to the firewall?

Ok but without a direct fit part, not saying you recommend it, how would one make it fit?

I was given the 4.3 fi for free, workin on a limited budget at the moment but not limited time. Aside from the firewall, will most the other oarts still fit in place?Or will I need to do alot of converting?

Chances are you will be doing a lot of changing. When you change from one year to another, it is usually a headach. That is why we recommend direct fit parts.

Alright, one last question. Will the transmission match up with the rear of the new block?I looked into the motor and it said that 91 to 94 would be ok, but my main question is going from tbfi to straight fi if itll make a huge change.
