Car starts right away however when I give it gas it boggles out. Ive changed the ignition coils, spark plugs, spark plug wires, fuel pump, fuel filter, map sensor, and oxygen censor. Still hasn't fixed the problem. Any suggestions?

I saw what you replaced. Did you do any testing, first? Did you use a gage and check proper fuel pressure? Does the fuel pressure hold for a bit with everything off? Check fuel trims, is it running rich or lean? You might be able to use a digital multimeter on the 02 sensor wire, one wire, above.450 and stays there, it is rich, below.450 and it's lean. Usually it should switch a little above and below.450. Any applicable trouble codes? Your obd1, you should be able to check some codes, yourself, if your check engine light works.

Will it rev up and down ok in park?

Bad Mass Air Flows were pretty common to act like that also if the fuel pressure looks good.
