No spark?91 chevy lumina 3.1 litre. Replaced control module and crank sensor. Have injector pulse as well as fuel to the rail. No security feature known. Timing chain not broke. Tested all coil packs before new module. No spark

How did you test the coil packs? Did you check for voltage at coil connector, as well as for a signal to fire? Also keep in mind, the computer needs to see a signal from both the CKP and CMP before it'll tell the coils to fire.
