Engine cuts out at 40-55 mph under slight accerlation especially going up a hill or incline. New plugs & wires
new ignition module new map sensor. Cap & rotor & coil are good. Cuts out for a second then goes again
will do this 3 or 4 times when under a load as described. Fuel pump is good. Any ideas or advice? Thank you

This is from experience only, but I suspect the crank sensor is bad. I have seen them crack. When the engine is cold, everything is fine. When the heat up, the sensor housing will expand causing misfires. Engine shut down.

The motor will keep running but will cut out for a second or two. Acts just like somebody turned off the key.

I feel that is the issue, but I can't be 100% sure without checking the crankshaft signal when it is happening. If you know someone that can do that, have it done. My believe is the signal will be lost for a second or two when the miss happens.
