91 caprice classic lights (high and low) and turn signals and flashers will not turn on

i start the car but no lights i've chang the realaybut still nothing,there is a harness on the colum that appears to be melted and every one tells me i can't get the harness i have to replace the steering colum its self

call a gm dealer parts department and see if they still make a service connector for the switch. they may or may not. if not, then get one from a junk yard and change it over.
