How do I remove and install a radiator in a 91' Chevy Astro van?

drain coolant, disconnect hoses and trans lines if any. REmove radiator shroud remove bolts on top and loosen bottom ones so rad can be moved upward then remove form bottom. Of course you are going to have to jack vehicle up quite a ways. it may come out the top.
