what can I do with a 1991 cadillac fleetwood after I used regular gas and it is missing real bad. What can I do I have been putting premium but it is not running good

It is quite possible that the fuel was not the problem in the first place, and you have a hard failure of another type. It could have a faulty injector, or secondary ignition type problem causing a misfire. Regular fuel should not cause the problems once thought iin the past, as long as it is from a quality source.
