Power steering pump

1991 Cadillac Allante, mechanic replaced #4 fuel injector, removed power steering pump for access. Next day while driving, power steering pump suddenly lost all fluid. Can you tell me please what might have been the cause?

a loose or broken line normally would do this, look for oil . the pump could have gone bad too.

take it back to the shop and have them re check there work.
