Shut car off. Now wont start. Got 40 psi fuel pressure and is getting a spark. What should I check next?

It would help a lot if we had an engine size.
I would do a compression test

Check to see if there is power to the fuel injectors. You can have fuel at the rail but not getting into the engine. An easy way to check if it is fuel related is to simply check to see if it will start with starting fluid. If it does and runs a few seconds, you know you are not getting gas.
