Car wants to die

If my 91 buick lesabre stalls and acts like it is going to die it won't go over 15 mph and giving it gas makes no difference while driving what is wrong with it?

Try checking the exhaust system for restiction-start here

I probally didn't explain well about what is going wrong with it. It has problems starting usually takes a couple tries then after dring for a short while it will just stall and wont go over 15 mphs then it might drive right for maybe 2 or 3 mins then its back to spitting and sputtering

Okay lets try checking and monitoring the fuel pressure to rule the fuel filter/ fuel pump if it is, it'll show up as a sore thumb when it happens
