Autologic can not communicate with car.

I would start with that. The communication bus is not working(obviously)and the problem seems to be unsolveable from my chair here in cyberspace.

Start with what? We tried using the Autologic Computer Diagnostics. Now each wire is being traced. Do you think you want to put this out to other techs in your Organization?

The autologic machine being used-but is the DME being powered you need to establish this-DME was changed out-might need reprogamming-who knows

It's like giving an engine a major tune-up without check the engine compression
