Dash lights and tail lights don't work

I have a 1991 Alfa Romeo 164L. Fuses are all right. What could be the problem? Head lights and brake lights work. Side markers, tail lights, and dash lights do not work. I checked the fuse box and all are ok.

ok meaning they have power? what about light switch itself?
