1991 Acura Legend Coupe V6 mileage: 135,000. My daughter's car oil checks full but her car's oil light comes on and blinks. Could this indicate an oil pump problem or what?

Yes. You may be having oil pump problems. The pump relief valve might be stuck open. Other possibilities are a faulty oil pressure-sending unit or the engine main and rod bearing are worn allowing the oil pressure to escape.
