head bolt torque

There are three steps. First, tighten then to 14 ft. Lbs. Second, go to 43 Ft. Lbs. Third step, turn each bolt an additional 90 degrees. NOTE: Place a thin coat or oil on the bolt before installing them.

I have attached a picture of torque sequence. NOTE: There are two pictures. The top one is for removal, and the bottom one is for replacement.
