1990 Volvo 740 While Driving Home Tonight Brake Park Battery Service Lights

while driving home tonight my brake, park brake, battery, and service lights all came on at the same time. They aren't bright like my washer fluid(not a problem just need to add fluid) one is they are dim and kinda fluctuate brightness but never get really bright. What's wrong?

Sounds like a charging system problem. All the affected systems have computers involved, and computers do weird things when they try to work on low voltage.
