I have a 1990 Toyota pickup 2WD, with a 22re motor. The cluster lights was working but the little light that lights up the heat/cooling didn't light up. So I took out the cluster and checked all the fuses and now I have no lights working and cannot figure out what happened.

IF you removed the cluster, check to make sure you didn't by accident disconnect any of the body ground straps under the dash. Also, check the bulbs to make sure they are good, and make sure the headlight switch is good.
