Where is the MAF sensor located? It is not between the intake manifold and the air filter, nor in the duct in-between the same.

It has a seven-pin inline connector. From a picture of the part, it appears it is bolted directly to the intake manifold, and the fresh air tube is attached to it with a hose clamp.
