i began to lose power a month ago i changed plugs and worked fine till now a month later. what are the possible causes for this, it starts right back up when it shuts down

Replace fuel filter and check air filter is not dirty, check for codes if this is a efi engine, check for vacuum leaks at the inlet manifold, start here.
