Check for a brooken timing, faulty ignition coil, distributor and/or blown fuse.

the timing belt is not broken, have checked fuses and there is no battery voltage at the coil?

No battery voltage at the coil indicates a power supply failure. If the fuses are good, you could have a bad ignition switch.
