Why does water keep steaming/sprayinf out of my over flow tube? Ive changed thermostatan radiator because of leak. Checked water pump. Good. No hoses leaking. Not leakin at all

Has the car been overheated that you are aware of? It sounds like you may very well have a headgasket issue.I would suggest that you take it to a shop and have a leakdown or combustion gases test done.
