1990 Toyota Camry This Car Still Running Great Before Bought Previous Owner Had

this car is still running great but before i bought it the previous owner had an accident. the front passenger tire flew off ripping out the wiring harness under the plastic fender skirt. how do i fix this i cant see whats left of the wires or anything meanwhile all but one of my doors are useless.

Can't help with out seeing the damage first. Go get a mechanic to look at this first hand.
