Chassis Electrical issue

1990 toyota camry 6cyl. Tail lights, dome light and dash lights do not work keeps blowing fuses. brake lights, turn signals and head lights all work. what could be the cause(s)?

The only thing that will cause a fuse to blow is a sudden draw of too much power. You have a short in one of the circuits. I hate to say it but you need to start tracking wiring to locate the short.
