ok my 1990 toyota brake line blow out on the left side how do i get to it and how do i fix it ?

It depends on which area the leak is coming from.
If it is a flexible hose, replacing the hose and bleeding the system shoud work. If it is the metal lines, you most probably need to have the complete line replaced as corrosion due to rust would have caused extensive damages and repairing is not going to last.

If the steel lines are rusted, go to inlinetube.com and get a replacement line. DO NOT use compression fittings to repair steel lines.
