After you start the engine it goes from fast idle to 8oo rpm and stays there for a few minutes then drops to 500 or lower . When you start to drive it , it acts like it is running out of fuel . Then you step on the gas and it takes off just fine , back off the gas and it starts all over again . Throt body cleaned , throt positioner replaced and adj to specs . Mass air replaced due to error code . HELP

Did you check for bad gas? Check fuel pressure. Pressure should be:

At Idle 33 - 37 PSI (226 - 265 kPa)
At WOT 38 - 44 PSI (265 - 304 kPa)

Check for failing fuel pressure regulator. Remove vacuum line at FPR. Pressure should increase. If it doesn't, replace. Also check for fuel in vacuum line. If any, replace.
