Did you try turning the steering wheel to release the load on the lock? If this does not work, the ignition lock is bad.

Yes, the key tumblers could be bad. Try wiggling the keys to see if you can get it to turn. Some WD-40 might help.

You're welcome.
The key tumblers are failing and this problem is going to get worse so it is better to have it checked. A locksmith might be able to help you repair the tumblers.
