15 amp efi fuse keeps popping

I have a 1990 Toyota forerunner and my 15 amp efi fuse keeps popping after I start it. What could be shorting this fuse out? Every time I put a new fuse in and start my truck it runs for about a minute then the fuse burns out and the engine dies. Why?

eithre there is problem with the ecm or thereis a short in the power wire. Like it is bare and touching a pieceof steel someplace. Have a pro look at it.
