what should be the temp in the heater core in a subaru 1.8 loyale

Input to heater core be same as engine coolant temp. @180 deg

To add, quickly touch the upper and lower heater core hoses with engine at temp (caution HOT), if one is cold and one is hot, then heater core is blocked.
