injector not working

I just put a different engine in a 1990 subaru legacy and can't get it to start. I have compression, spark and fuel but the right front injector isn't working when i checked it with noid light what would cause that and how do I fix it, please help

Check for pinched wires.

Best way is to do a continuity test back to the corresponding pins on the ecu, also check that the plug for that injector does not have a bad pin connection.
