Horn Issue (electrical)

My horn on my 2009 Scion tc won't work, its never worked since i've purchased it used and haven't payed much attention to it, the fuse is for sure good.

Could be the horn button, the horn relay and horn itself

Check power to horn with Test Light when Horn button is pushed. If Test Light indicates power is there, replace horn assembly.

If no power is present, and fuse/relay is good as you say, then horn button or connection under steering wheel pad may be the culprit.

Check procedure should be done in this order.
