how do you check the fuel preasure to a 1990 grand am engine 2.5

car cuts out or trys to stall on hill have replaced throatal posions sensor and air flow sensor and temp controll witch to computer has had head work and crank work done there are not valve on throtal body to check fuel preasure has had water pump work starter work done egr valve is bad but should not effect a 1990 model with out it is unpluged and caped off how do you check fuel preasure to a 1990 grand am 2.5 engne 5 speed le
