Where is the Oil Switch located?

I've been told my oil switch is leaking. I've bought the part & the socket but can't locate the switch on the motor. I was told it was right above the oil filter but I couldn't find it. Please help me.

it is above the filter. you can get it from under the hood or through the right side wheel well.
