1990 plymouth laser drive vibrate

i have a 1990 plymouth laser it is auto twin cam 16 valve 4 clynder it has small surges when idle in nuetral and when i shifinto drive it runs fine unless im stopped then it vibrates real hard how can i stop this

The idle issue could be from a vacuum leak or a bad idle air control valve (IAC). Check that first. AS far as the vibration, again check for vacuum leaks and if in need, tune the vehicle's engine.
