Rear brakes stuck on 1990 Olds Regency. How do I access the adjuster to remove drums? Or is there another solution. I don't know reason brakes are locked up.

First loosen parking brake at equalizer follow cable till see a threaded rod and U shaped holding cables. Then look at back side of backing plate JUST below wheel cylinder will be oblang slot to place brake spoon to back off start adjuster may need to punch out if it has not been done. Drum maybe seized to avle hub spray WD40 rap the outer rim of drum to loosen.
