Car cuts off sometimes

If my 90 cutlass supreme cuts off sometimes when driving or idling and starts again after about 10 minutes sitting and has a code in the computer 22, What would you do to fix it?

First scan the engine for codes. Then check your fuel pressure and then take the air duct off and clean the throtle plate on both sides iwith choke cleaner. Also clean the oblong hole by the thtrottle plate. Fuel pressure should be 40 psi minimum
