i have a 1990 Nissan 300zx N/A it wont go forward? its an automatic please help thanks

someone told me i need a new sensor and another said the transmission needs to be rebuilt.

have a trans guy diagnose this, more than likely if the fluid is brown and full there is an internal trans problem like a seal or clutchburnt up.
