1990 Mitsubishi galant hard to start, when started and give it gas, the car will trottle down.

When i turn the key, the car will turn over but thats a long time to start. When the car is idling, it will idle for a while then shut down. when it is ilding and you give it gas it will thottle down.

Check fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within spec.
