When it dies, it is like it is shut off by the key.
Sometimes it immediately starts back up.
Have changed both fuel pumps, filter, and plugs.
Have changed the electronic ignition control module.
Car had been sitting for approx. a year.
When idling the car runs as smooth as the day it was new.
Any ideas?

WHen the car doesn't start right back up, you need to check to see what is missing, spark or fuel. From there, you will know what circuit to focus on.
