So Im trying to replace my cv joint on my 1990 mazda, Im having trouble getting my inner cv joint housing out, 2 replace the whole thing, is there any bolts that i should know about? or how can i get it out?

You need to give all you got by using a pry bar-

You might need a slide hammer. They make a shoe that fits behind the inner joint and is used with the slide hammer. Look at your new joint if you have it already to see what the clip on the end looks like.
