1990 Mazda b2200 Manual transmission fill plug stuck

Is there a trick to getting this plug unstuck? We've tried heavy duty lubricant to loosen it but it just won't budge.
Should we try an air-wrench? Is there any cautions you have for us.
Should we try heating it?
