heater will not blow hot air--only luke warm--radiater is full--tempature knob is as high as it will go.--had recent head gasket replaced but had same problem before that was done. can tempature control be bypassed just for winter use.??

Check the heater core for clogging. Both heater core hoses should be hot. Ensure the air mix vents are working correctly.
