engine dies when transmission is shifted into reverse or drive. cranks back up instantly. Idles perfectly and after fighting it to get it to go, will drive down road perfectly no stalling or shutting off untill i come to a stop.
Have replaced the fuel filter, dis cap and rotor, pluggs and wires. new battery and connections. new alt and ps belts. Have undone Netural safty switch, will crank in any gear but still has same problem. Ran jumper wire from coil + side to battery, still shuts down. What might be the problem?

Check the idle air control valve. It is responsible for maintaining an idle. Also, check for vacuum leaks.
